We generally have between 120 –130 members each year, comprising 43% adults 57% juniors as at March 2019.
We have a range of membership categories for under 11s, under 18s, adults, couples and one and two-parent family groups.
Our membership year runs from 1st April, with a small discount on membership fees for those joining early (but due to covid, adjustments to normal procedures were needed in 2020).
For new members joining later in the season we offer a 50% rate for those joining from October to December, and 25% for January to March.

If you are registered or would like to register for British Tennis Membership (BTM) please provide your number, or agree to us registering you. British tennis members are normally eligible for the Wimbledon ticket draw (but different procedures may apply in 2021)

Access to the clubhouse & courts is via numerical codes on the respective padlocks.
Enter your Ingatestone & Fryerning Community Association (IFCA) membership number.
N.B adult members are required to join the IFCA. The IFCA membership application may be downloaded from its website or from this link: https://www.ifcc.org.uk/join-us
The IFCA owns the land occupied the I&FTC and the neighbouring Bowling Club. Membership of the IFCA therefore helps secure its future and funds maintenance and improvement to the Community Centre as a whole.
Adult members will not be eligible for the Wimbledon draw, entry to the club tournament or to play in league matches until such time as they have joined the IFCA.
Benefits of Membership
You will be issued with a code for access to the courts.
You may play at any time subject to priority use of courts.
Adult members may bring along guests who pay a small visitor’s fee.
You will be eligible to enter the annual knockout tournament.
You will benefit from discounted coaching fees.
You will be eligible to play in league matches.
For existing members due to renew for 2021/22, please note that under Section 5.5.4 of the club Constitution, renewal is normally due by the end of May at the latest, after which date the Committee may at its discretion terminate your membership.
