Coaching 2017/18

 

We started the 2017 season with the same coaching programme as last year under our Head Coach, and welcome all ages and abilities.  We may make changes in due course to better cater for our older juniors. Our costs are increasing, and so we put up fees with effect from 1st May 2017.  New rates shown below.

Please help the coaching team by having the right money on the day or, where required, paying in advance.  And please ensure we have a contact number of a parent or guardian for all junior non-members attending Club coaching.

 

Saturdays

 

Mini-tennis (red ball)

9.00 for an hour. Age 5-7 years.  Pay on the day. Fees: £5 for members, £7.50 for non-members.

 

Under 11 years mini-tennis (orange ball)

10 am for an hour. Age 8-10 years. Pay on the day. Fees: £5 for members, £7.50 for non-members.

 

11 years and over 

11am for an hour. Age 11 years +. Pay on the day. Fees: £5 for members and £7.50 for non-members.

 

Adults

12:00 noon for an hour.  All standards welcome.  Pay on the day. Fees: £7.50 for members, £11 for non- members.

New 8 week "doubles tactics" course - January 2018

 

Sundays

 

Cardio tennis and tactics

10.00 for an hour. All ages welcome. Pay on the day. £7.50 for adult members, £11 for adult non-members; £5 for junior members, £7.50 for junior non-members.

 

Tuesdays - Mini-tennis - resuming 11th September 2018

 

Pre-school tots (3:30 - 4:15pm); After-school groups: Infants - Mini-Red (4:15-5:15pm); Juniors (5:15-6:15pm) - outdoors until half-term.  Sessions run during each school term throughout the year, and are held in the Community Club Hall in winter months. Join by completing the application and paying fee each term. Open to members and non-members.

 

Holiday coaching camps

We run coaching camps during most school holidays.  Join by completing and submitting the relevant application form in advance.
